A. System principle and workflow

Through the front-mounted ultrasonic detector, the parking situation of each parking space in the parking lot is collected in real time. The node controller collects the relevant information of each parking space detector in the parking lot according to the polling method, and feeds it back to the central controller. After analyzing and processing the parking information of the entire parking lot, it is sent to various signs and guide signs in the parking lot to provide information to guide vehicles to enter the relevant parking spaces. At the same time, the data is transmitted to the computer, and the computer stores the data in the database server, and the computer system provides a data query interface.

C. System composition and introduction

1.Front-mounted ultrasonic detector
The detector is an important part of the parking guidance system. It can collect parking information in real time, control the display of the parking indicator, and transmit the parking information to the node controller through the 485 network in time. The detector consists of a detector body, a detector base and a communication adapter board.

2.Node Controller
Node control plays an important role in ensuring the safety, reliability and efficiency of the system. The node controller cyclically detects the status of the connected detectors and transmits relevant information to the central controller.
The node controller is used to connect the central controller and parking detectors, display screens, guidance arrows, etc.
The node controller mainly solves the problem of unreliable long-distance communication, the problem of the expansion of the number of network parking spaces, and the problem of group management. One node controller is recommended to control 60 parking space detectors.

3.Central Controller
The central controller is the core of the entire system, mainly responsible for the collection and control of the entire intelligent parking guidance system, and realizes the guidance function of the vehicle by updating the real-time data of the parking guidance screen. A central controller can control up to 62 node controllers.

4.Outdoor guide large screen
The large outdoor guide screen is used to display the remaining parking space information of each functional area in the parking lot. The display screen is composed of high-brightness LED module, drive circuit, control circuit, bracket and other parts. It receives the output information of the central controller, displays the number of free parking spaces in the parking lot with numbers in real time, and prompts the driver of the vehicle who is ready to enter the venue. It can be used 24 hours a day.

5.Indoor guide screen
It is recommended to install indoor guide screens at important junctions inside the parking lot. The guide screens are composed of indoor high-brightness LED modules, drive circuits, and brackets. It receives the output information of the central controller, displays the parking position in the form of numbers, arrows, etc., and guides the driver to quickly find the empty parking spaces allocated by the system. Ensure the smooth flow of the parking lot and make full use of parking spaces.

D. Detector installation instructions

1.Detector installation position: installed above the parking space line at the entrance of the parking space (non-intersecting wheel end), and fixed with a bridge.

2.Detector installation height: 2.0m-3m from the ground (recommended 2.5m), close to the end of the lane, within 0-1m from the parking space line (recommended 0.3-0.5m)
Note: It cannot be installed directly under the fluorescent lamp, and the horizontal distance from the fluorescent lamp is greater than 20cm, but it must meet the requirements that the driver can see the status of the detector indicator at a distance of 30m from the parking space along the lane, and cannot be blocked by objects such as pillars.

3.The orientation of the sensor after installation: the two sensors are facing the direction of the parking space, and the left and right deviation angle cannot exceed 5% to ensure that the detector is vertically fixed under the bridge.

E. Equipment placement principle

1.The central controller is generally installed in the central control room.
2.The node controller is generally mounted on the wall and mounted on the column, in the middle of each group of detectors.
3.Indoor guide screens are generally placed at the bifurcation of each lane:
